IPCC express 4.0.4 and CAD 6.1.
The default retention time for recordings is 7 days and can be manually extended to 30 days with "Supervisor Record Viewer"
Does anybody know if there is a way to automatically extend the retention to 30 days without manual intervention.
Maybe thru a registry key or scripting?
Thanks

The soulution should be this.
Haven?t configure it by myselfe so don?t know if it?s work
Symptoms: Customer wants to change the expiration time when the recorded files
are deleted from the RASCAL server.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- To change the number of days that the saved recorded calls are retained, you
will need to add the following to your FCRAsSvr.cfg file and, of course, cycle RASCAL.
[Database Data]
Number of Days to Save=7
Number of Days to Expire=21
These are the defaults. The first parameter, Number of Days to Save=7, sets how long the
file will reside without a Supervisor selecting the Save option. The second parameter,
Number of Days to Expire=30, sets how long a saved file will be stored on the server until
it expires and is deleted.
Resolution:
- Change the FCRAsSvr.cfg file
