Unity Administration pages are not opening from few days and we checked the server to have a look and all services seemed to be running when we noticed that in the system tray was an icon that prompted me to "Start Unity".

Voicemail is functioning correctly but we cannot login in to the server with the admin password.

Can anyone help me on this ?

I had that happen to me before, and usually a restart of the server solves the issue.

Try going to a command prompt and type IISRESET. Saved me from a reboot.

If you have Unity 4.2.1, there is a known bug for this, CSCsf26335

You will need to open a case with tac and they can send you 2 engineering specials (52 and 56 I believe)

This happened to our system and has been fine ever since I installed the ES's
