CCM 4.1 and IIS directory security settings

Hi,

I have a client who went under the IIS admin settings, and directory security and set the client certificates from ignore to accept certificates for all the web pages and child objects. Now when they try to use corporate directory, IP Phone services they are being prompted for a username/password/realm authentication. They have undone the settings they did through that tool and restarted services and rebooted server and have same issue still. The settings for each web site in IIS have been compared to another CCM 4.1 server of mine and they match up but not working still. We were able to reproduce this problem on another server and working with cisco to see if there is a way to fix and get it working again, short of a server rebuild. Just seeing if anyone here had any ideas on how to correct this .

1. Application protection of "LoginService" virtual directory has to be changed from"Low (IIS Process)" to "High (Isolated)" as for other virtual directories.

2. This will create "IIS-{Default Web Site//Root/LoginService}" COM+ Object.

3. The Identity (Credentials) of this component has to be changed from the default "IWAM_GUEST" to "CCMEML".
