7941 IP Phone Issue

Hi,

I have a two line IP Phone (7941) 1st Line as CUG and 2nd Line as PSTN. When I try to redial from the Call History to PSTN, It automatically take the 1st line (CUG). I am unable to redial from the Call History to take 2nd Line to dial PSTN. I would be happy if any one has solution.

I have CCM 4.1.3 with SR 4d

Hi Karuna,

There are two methods that you can use to do this;

Method # 1 -

Handset is On hook

Go to Call History> scroll to desired call

Press Line 2 button> call will start to dial

Pickup handset or continue to use speakerphone

Complete call

Method # 2 -

Handset is Off hook

Press Line 2 button

Go to Call History> scroll to desired call

Press Dial> call will start to dial

Complete call

thanks for your reply, but I try to do the same in my IP Phone but it automatically takes the First Line only....
