weird error when doing "write mem"

Whenever I performed "write mem", I am

getting this error:

Basically, I can not save my config into

the flash. How can I fix this? Thanks.

i got the same error..

i did service compress-config but the router is very slow right now.. any thoughts what might be causing the slow response of the device?
