Losing connection with PIX 506e Firewall

I can't figure out for the life of me what is going on. This has been happening several a day this week.

Everything will be fine and all the sudden the ACT and NET lights go out and connection is dropped. I cannot log back into the firewall. The only way to get the connection and firewall back to proper condition is to restart the firewall. I am currently setting up a syslog server to see if I can find anything, but do you guys have any clue on what could be causing this?

I have this problem too.

Are you able to login to the console? Have you determined which interface is having trouble? I would log into the console before rebooting to see whats going on. Whats connected to the device?
