Hello,

I've a Cisco unity connection 1.2(1) connected with my CallManager 4.2(3), every thing is OK now.

So the client want to integrate Exchange 2003 server with the cisco unity connection. He want to recieve the voice message in her mailbox as .wav format.

I've no idea how to integrate, i want help.

Thanks.

You cannot truly integrate Unity Conncection and Exchange, but you can use an email client to access voice message from Unity Connection. Take a look at the following link.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Thanks for your answer.I'v another question,

so i must configure in the client exchange two emails on for Cisco unity and the second for exchange clients ??

Yes, you do have to setup 2 accounts, but they can be in the same profile. So, when the user logs in to Outlook, they will see 2 inboxes, one for Unity, one for Exchange.
