How to set "failed attempts" in Group Setup?

When setting up a group in ACS 3.3, how do you include the "disable account if failed attempts exceed x"?

Hi,

It cannot be done using csutil but can be done using RDBMS Sync. More about it at :-

It can be done on user level only not group level.
