Network Management ani.log files

ani.log files are full and are not being moved to the ani.log backup file. What is the cause and fix for this issue. Can i delete to contents in the ani.log file.

I have this problem too.

Okay. That file can be safely truncated provided a Campus Data Collection is not currently running. To truncate the file, you can either configure /opt/CSCOpx/bin/ or just do:

cat /dev/null > /var/adm/CSCOpx/log/ani.log

You should also check under Campus Manager > Admin > Campus Data Collection > Debugging Settings to make sure all debug is turned off if you are not currently trying to debug a problem.

All that said, this file should automatically be archived the next time a Data Collection is run.
