Unity 4.2.1 to HiCom300 via PIMG issue

When a pbx phone calls my pbx phone the call rolls to my voicemail box correctly, but if you are transferred (For instance from the front desk operator) to my extension and it goes to voicemail, you get the opening greeting instead of my greeting.

It seems like the calling party field goes to Unity as the Front Desk extension (no voicemail box)instead of my extension in the condition of a transferred call.

Has anybody seen this?

I have this problem too.

That should be changed in your PBX. In CCM we get the same behaviour and the workaround is create a VM mask...but only when call involves one extension only.

Unity 5.0 will address this problem.
