Please refer to the picture attachment exit problems.jpg , everytime we made a phone call , we can't press on any numbering of softkey . We have to press on the softkey exit , then only we manage to press of numbering softkey for calling out. The ccm version is 4.1(3)sr2. We've 1 publisher and 1 subscriber.
Please advise.
