6608 MGCP Gateways Keep Showing Unregistered In Event Logs

I have 4 PRI MGCP Gateways going into 2 6608 blades on 2 different switches. It seems that since I've installed ES94 (CCM version 4.1(3)) that I keep getting Event ID 3 errors with a source of Cisco CallManager. I get a Device unregistered error first in the event log, followed by Transient connection attemp Connecting Port 2427 error, then B Channel out of service for each Channel of the PRI then D Channel out of service. This is happening for all 4 PRIs.

We've experienced several outages where we had no incoming or out going calls during this time. Please help!

This bug has not been fixed yet. And I'd expect all version from D00404000023 onwards to be affected. you would either have to downgrade the load to something below this one or wait for this bug to be fixed.
