This is also known as a PLAR (private line automatic ringdown). The easiest way to accomplish this is to do the following:

1) Create a partition called PLAR_To_Destination

2) Create a blank translation with the called party transform mask to be the destination you want. Place the translation in the partition you just created above. Assign the appropriate calling search space to the translation so it can call the number you want.

3) Create a calling search space that contains the partition you created above.

4) Assign the calling search space to the line you want to enable as your PLAR.
