Applied to CME, the procedure consists in:

1) copy files from zipfile to router, you can use a directory if supported by the platform.

2) for each file, configure tftp-server, with alias as needed.

3) configure ephones with the corresponding mac address and type.

4) configure load under telephony-service for each phone type.

5) connect the phones to network.

Debug tftp events is the main troubleshooting tool for the above.
