Solved: Where are CDR exported files?

I exported CDR and CMR files with CAR but I don't know where directory CAR export it.

I tried to find *.csv files in my hard disk CCM server and I have no result.

Can anybody help me?.

the file would be a txt file and check c:\CiscoWebs\art\reports\OnDemand\temp folder. This should have a .txt file. The CDR file would have CDR at the end of the file name and CMR will have CMR at the end.

Ok you opened CAR| CDR Menu | Export CDR|CMR |

Right Click on the link and use save as option to download the dump)

Yes. I go to CAR| CDR Menu | Export CDR|CMR |

but I have no link.

I have the screen that I add to this post and after I press the button in the image that I attached and CDR export my CDR's and CMR's but I don't know where and I can't to select where I want to save exported files..

I use CCM 4.1
