I've seen information before about installing the Cisco TSP software to dial from Outlook. The document I seen in the past is for an old version of CallManager. Does this also work in 4.1(3)? I installed it on my computer, but the TSP doesn't see my phone. I enabled CTI Application use on my CallManager user account. Is there anything I need enabled on my phone? Do you know what TCP IP ports are used for this? Thanks!

Have you associated your phone with your ccm user account?

Yep. I think it could be a firewall issue. Tried it on my lab system (where there's no firewall) and it worked. Just not on the production system where the phone network is seperated from the data network by a PIX. Just need to do some traces some how to confirm it.
