Frame-relay switching using 2 routers

I have 2 t1 CSU/DSU WIC card in cisco2800 and cisco2651 XM. This is my fisrt time doing this. Can you please specify which cable exactly I shd use:

Frame-relay switching is enbaled on both routers globally...

below is my config

The interface is still down. I am using a xover cable between both router and it is till not working....

Which csu/dsu are you using? Did you configure the controller correctly?

I suggest you tray to get the T1 link working first and then change encapsulation to FR.
