HDX issue on Symposium PIM

"We are having a problem with translation routes to Symposium failing on occasions. We have traced this to a problem with the HDX post route request (SEND REQUEST) occasionally timing out. We can see the timeout occuring in the Symposium HDX log. After 20 seconds the call default routes as the post route response (GET RESPONSE) never arrives.

Our other HDX messages seem to be working but of course these are all "send info" types and don't require respnses from the PG.

We are running ICM 7 and SCCS5.

We figure that potentially Symposium is sending a bad request or the PG has no pending response but it's quite hard to tie all the logs together in a busy system.

Has anyone seen this same issue or have any idea what we can do to start tracking it down."
