Router DRAM and Flash

I need very basic help. Here's the sh run:

The non-volatile configuration memory is the NVRAM where startup-config is stored. It is separate from DRAM and from flash.

Your router has 8 MB of DRAM and 4 MB of flash. The PCMCIA is your flash not more RAM.

What gets me confused is the line

what is that?

The non-volatile configuration memory is the NVRAM where startup-config is stored. It is separate from DRAM and from flash.
