Hello.
We have this requirement: we connect to the Internet with two routers in hsrp (but these routers are property of ISP, so we can't manage them), and behind them we have two pix firewall active/standby.
We need to perform ip accounting, to find how much bandwidth use every server in the network;
I've see "ip accounting" commands on router, but due to the fact that we can't access them, we need another way to get same result.
Optimal result will be to have all data simply transferred in a file.

Shouldn't be too difficult. request from your ISP a Read 0nly snmp community string and permission to poll it for thier egress interface to your PIX pair. MRTG is a quick way to grab all that goodness.

You have a software named Netflow Analyser which gives a detailed report on the traffic pattern in a LAN. BY using this u can get the amount of traffic flowing towards any particular IP Address in the network and also can view the service type. i.e . TCP , UDP bla bla bla.
