IPCC Enterprise CTIOS 7.0.2 sp2, ICM 7.0 sp4, CM 4.1 (3). Error Code 20001 "Operation failed due to the time out"
20009 "call cannot be completed call is not in correct state"
Has anyone experience any of these error codes?
