The reporting is normal in the morning and he can generate some Failed Attempt reports. However, the user reported that the Unity can't generate the same report (i.e. subscriber reports) after lunch hour. No reporting is in queue in the status monitor and no output in the report share folder of the unity server after a hour. There are no special errors in the Event Viewer.
Is there anything I can verify to check in Unity for the status/health of reporting system? Are some services Out of Service to cause this event? Thanks!
