mac-address-table loses entries

I have a 2801 router with a 4 port POE switch card. I have a PC plugged into one of the switch ports.

For some reason every 1 or 2 min I stop seeing the MAC in the mac-address-table (it is still in the arp cache though).

If I start pinging it again I lose the first 15-20 pings and then I can ping it again (the mac-address-table get populated again witgh the right info). After 1-2 minutes I lose it again...

any ideas ?

(I have increased the aging time with no luck)

Make the interface to Learn the MAC address of the PC vis Static Mode

Eg: "switch-port port-security mac-address static "

Not an right Syntax but this will help you.
