Control Bandwidth

Hi,

I have a cisco 2811 router which is connected to 4 routed vlans. I would like to control the bandwidth for the users on these vlan because these vlans are public hotspots. Some users are choking the whole bandwidth due to which others are unable to get connected. I would like to block P2P applications and control the bandwidth there.

How do I go about doing this? I have attached the configuration of my cisco router.

Using the Cisco IOS Software Firewall Features , you can block P2P application and you can control the bandwith
