I need recommendation on how to send configuration changes to (125) 1811 routers at remote end, aside from logging into each router and updating it manually. I appreciate any suggestions.

If you don't have Ciscoworks LMS, then go with "cosi-ciscotool" found here (along with some other great open source tools):

http://cosi-nms.sourceforge.net/alpha-progs.html

If you have an snmp utility you could use it to copy configs to your devices (provided they have basic snmp config):

Also, if you have CiscoWorks, you will need basic config to be able to push other config changes
