we have Cisco servers with call manager, unity and a subscriber, my question is in regards to the new update for the daylight savings time. how do we update our servers with this update since the cisco apps run on windows servers and we do not update our cisco servers with Microsoft update pathces and hotfixes.

Hi Jeff,
You will need to perform the applicable OS changes/CCM/Unity changes as indicated (below). We did our CCM DST patches/OS/Phone Firmware changes last weekend and they went really well. Have a look at the following;
For CCM Readme;
For Unity Field Notice;
Hope this helps!

Can you go to http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/callmgr-41 and try to download it ?? If not, then your best option is to open a TAC case and have them publish it for you. Also, do you have any of the new generation IP Phones ?? 7906/11/41/61/70/71 (Java Based phones), if yes, then get the latest firmware for these phones from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ip-7900ser
