What are the benefits of upgrading to 4.3 verses 4.2

Is there any benefit of upgrading from 4.0. to 4.3 verse 4.2?

The 4.3 version of ccm has only one difference. This is the OS change from Win2K to to Win2003.

If you want to be prepared for the future use 4.3. Of course you must check your compatibility for application that is installed in your ip telephony network.

One of the main changes with 4.3 is it is based on Windows 2003 and not windows 2000. Check the release notes at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_release_note09186a00807d935c.html#wp2568920
