looking for an application that has the same functionality as the above for CCM5.0(4).
basically, id like to set the line state of the phones to things like :out to lunch, in a meeting etc.
i think that mobility or presence server can do this however, that will be overkill. we only want to ensure that the operator can have a visual meaning to what is going on with the employee before xfering a call.
