Cisco Unity Connection Stops playing messages

At a customer site we have a unity connection server with callmanager 5.0. The voice mail number works fine if called from internal. Whe whe call the VM pilot nummber from external it's stops playing the welcome message after calling the number serveral times. In the debuging you can see that unity plays the welcome script but the caller doesn't hear anything and will be automaticly disconnected! Has anyone a idea?

I have this problem too.
