tcd service fail to start

callmanager 4.1 the service of tcd is fail to start .The tcd service going to stoppec mod .when when service start the error message prompt "No Response for tcd"

For Cisco TCD to function properly, make sure that the pilot point number is unique throughout the system (it cannot be a shared line appearance).

Try to start from the control center.
