inventory collection job fails, details indicate a RICS0001 internal error. View the IC_Server.log which indicates ASA error -193 Primary key for table 'Physical Port' is not unique. Can someone help?
As Dave said, this is most likely CSCse52700. The good news is there is now a patch available for this by calling the TAC, and referencing this bug. However, you will need to upgrade to LMS 2.6 first.
