Hi all
I have a CCM4.1 configured and working properly.
I have noticed that user can no more get the music when they are put on hold.
Can you help?

Eric,
All users, or just one user? Are you using multicast or unicast? Are you using a wav file or an external audio source?
If it used to work you can try resetting the MOH Server through CCM administrator.

If you are setup to do multicast and the whole end to end network is not setup to do multicast. Then MOH will not work. Try it in unicast then troubleshoot from there.
Make sure your users are setup in a MRL and MRG.
