i have a CME sometime when the user enables it and try to disable it again it does not work, i beleive it is a bug (IOS or firmware) but at this time i need the workaround as i cannot do any upgrades for the moment.
no the thing is when you turn off (which it seems like you did), when someone calls you you cannot hear it calling whcih means that you still in DND mode.
