I am working on an IVR self service application for a client using the CISCO CVP 3.1 VXML Standalone Solution without a Call Manager. The client would like to trigger a dialing out the customer to notify him/her that their parking meter would be expired. The trigger of the application could be the CVP VXML server and when the call is connected, a record message is played and could be nice to link a VXML IVR application. Much appreciated if you can provide me with any suggestion or direction.
