Cipher TKIP Encryption Key

I understand the Cipher TKIP is the most secure encryption for a point-to-point bridge. I have enabled Cipher TKIP on both sides, but do I need to enter a n encryption key? If I do where do I enter the key at? Also is there a sample basic config for a Point-to-Point bridge using Cipher TKIP encryption?

Thanks

When you configure the cipher TKIP (not TKIP + WEP 128 or TKIP + WEP 40) for an SSID, the SSID must use WPA or CCKM key management. Client authentication fails on an SSID that uses the cipher TKIP without enabling WPA or CCKM key management.
