Permission Wizard 2.1.0.32 on Win2003SP1

hi all,

cant install permission wizard on win2003 with sp1. cant see the installation wizard and eventviewer returns the event:

" Faulting application permissionwizard.exe, version 2.1.0.32, faulting module mfc42u.dll, version 6.6.8063.0, fault address 0x000a5942" :

any suggestions?

I just tried 2.1.32 and 2.1.34 on my Windows 2K3 Server and it installed without any issue. Plase make sure that you dont have any Anti-Virus, Firewall enabled during the install

hi,

installing 2.1.0.30 ist no problem but the installation of 2.1.0.32 is a challenge. There is AV or FW Software intalled on the machine.

both the softwares need to be disabled before you do the install.

there was a mistake in my post..i dont have AV or FW Software on the server.
