What version of ACS are you using, I had the same problem with ACS 4.0 upgraded to 4.1(1) Build 23 no problems since. Check your Database Replication times that could cause the radius server not found error. And option [026/5842/001] Cisco-Aironet-Session-Timeout.

Hi,
You can try adding the Session Timeout attribute and setting a high value on it in the group/user profile.
Session Timeout is a RADIUS (IETF) attribute.

Hi,
When you use any Radius (Aironet or IOS etc.) you are using Radius IETF + some Cisco specific attributes.
