my clients keep on disconecting from the Aps in intervals of 10 minutes,the WLC displays the no Authentication servers responding error message when this happens..could this be the ACS SE that i am using.

It could be the ACS or the network. Best way is to look at the failed attempts ans see if anything shows up on it.
