Periodic StreamServer Appl errors appearing on UC 1.2(1) deployment

Every once in a while I get the following application errors on our UC 1.2(1) server:

Source: CiscoUnity_StreamServer

Event ID: 1008

Error code is [0x00000003; The system cannot find the path specified.]

The Stream Server could not open the requested file:

I'm assuming they're related to a specific mailbox user. Is there anyway to correlate the messages -- such as the digits after the date -- with a specific ID?

I have this problem too.
