I am trying to figure out why my screenshot app is not working. It works fine on CCM but on CME it doesn't. When I try to manually look at the cgi/screenshot web page it comes back with error number 4. I have reset both the PIN and Password on the CME users webpage and verified the values in the CME CLI. Any tricks to this?

I discovered the issue, I made an alternate authentication url and pointed the phone to that url.
