how to give priority to voice and data

hai,

i have a dout regarding the access list.i created the access list for the given ip listed below

access-list 1 permit 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.225 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.226 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.227 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.228 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.229 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.230 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.231 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.232 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.233 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.234 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.235 eq www

access-list 125 deny tcp any host 125.17.136.236 eq www

i am also having one more ip pool.my requirement is to give priority to my voice packets then data for that what is the configuration i have to do in my router .. either policy map or one more access-list.please help me to solve the issue

You want to use MQC to create classes defining your voice and data traffic, and utilizing policy-map to allocate bandwidth to these classes. Basically you want to create Low Letency Queueing (LLQ) on your egress router. Follow the QoS SRND for all the details you require:
