User cannot hear voice messages

I have installed Unity 4.2 with MS Exchange 2003 on windows 2k platform. Everything works fine, you can leave messages, MWI works fine, but when user listen to messages, it is complete silence during the message and at the end announcement says if you want to repeat or delete the message.

Any ideas.

Hi shahid,

could you please verify that if you are not using NIC teaming only 1 NIC is ENABLED, disabled the other and restart Unity services, then test again.

If all is good there check if it happens to both internal and external callers and check IP connectivity

I have double checked that only 1 NIC is enabled and the other card is disabled. I have checked on port status display that user cant hear the body of the message but can hear message header and footer.

any ideas.
