I'm very confused to choose product. My Goal is designed IVR System can support 100 E1. Someone can advice me about Bill of Materials. IVR or Customer Contract Portal

You need to provide more details, is this solution going to include ACD functionallity or just IVR?

Is it going to be distributed or centrelized, if distributed, how many E1s per location?

Cisco has 2 IVR solotions: IP-IVR (based on CRS engine) and CVP which extends IVR/ACD functionallity to the edge router. Both can integrate with Cisco ICM to provide IPCC Enterprise Conctact Center solution.
