I would like to buy a power supply for Cisco 857 wireless router. Can I have some information about it and where can I buy it?

What do you mean buy? Your 857 internal power supply spoilt? If you still have maintenance with Cisco you can send it for RMA.

I will buy it from eBay and it says that it doesn't have one. Do I have to buy a particular one ?

This router has an external AC adapter. You'll probably find it on eBay too. Or even beter, look for a router with its poower supply included. Those things can be expensive.
