i'm a strong believer in the cisco press books, i have recently started my CCSP track and passed this exam with this book..

http://www.amazon.com/Network-Security-Fundamentals-Gert-DeLaet/dp/1587051672/ref=tag_pdp_i_title/103-6737062-7910261

it may be outdated but with this book and the review information on TCPMAG.COM regarding this exam i passed with flying colors...

hope this helps

Hi,

I would suggest you to buy Cisco Press book for any Cisco Certification and dumps would be good before the exam.

Cheers

Nagarajan Viswanathan

for all the dumps,see " net130.com ".for study material,see the follwing "

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/home/home.htm

you'll never need a book if u follow these two babies.

Thank you for the book information. Is this the book best suited for the SND exam as they don't have a recommended one at cisco?

i used to be, alhtough i would do some investigating since they just revamped the exam last july.

Ive recently completed my SNRS, and SND will be my next exam as well. Though there are no official guides, im *hoping* that im going in the right direction.... First I believe the SNRS will be a good helper, Also, ive been reading the SAFE Whitepapers - IDS, Extending Network Security, Layer 2 security, wireless security...and trying to work as many labs with SDM as possible.. If anyone else has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate the input.
