Hi

We currently have a PIX 515E UR. IF we wanted to implement a failover solution can we simply purchase another firewall and a failover license or do we need a new failover pair?

Hi David

As per the supporting doc available in CCO PIX with normal UR license will support Active/Standby and Active/Active failover.

now you need to have a similar security device with either failover license of failover active-active license based on your requirement..
