I have an issue where I can ping to all (4) wgbridges from the station-role root access-point, & can ping back from the workgroup-bridge(s) to the root access-point.
but when I attch my laptop to any of the
work-group bridges' ethernet port cannot ping to root access-point.
there is no default gateway configured yet, and this setup has not been deployed in the field yet. I had thought maybe something with wpa-psk / stp .. but no wpa-psk working fine,
any help apprec.

How do the clients get the IP addresses. Do the client get IP addresses from the same subnet?

yeah they are all statically configured on the same subnet 255.255.255.0 , .1, .2, .3, .4, .5
these have already been deployed, the issue was with windows firewall, silly thing
