Extension Mobility

I'working in the CCM 5.0(2) version and i want to configure the extension mobility feature, but in the last of the configuration the message "Error Database" displays in the screen of the phone when i click service button.

Help me .

I have this problem too.

This should probably be asked on the IP Telephony forum - this forum is for questions about Unified Communications apps (Voicemail, unified messaging, unified clients, conferencing/collaboration). Call Manager products has its own forum called "IP Telephony".
