Hi,

How do we monitor LAN QoS which is based on CoS and DSCP.

What is the command to see matching or dropped packets for DSCP vlaue?

you can use the "show mls qos ..." commands and the "show policy-map ...." commands to view QoS statistics and matched packets, etc.

(depending on your cisco platform, commands or syntax may be different; 6500 IOS 12.x shown below)

Did you ever find out how to do this? I need to know how to do this also.

On the 3550, 3560, and 3750, the command "show mls qos interface statistics" works very well to verify DSCP and CoS values for a particular port.

I haven't found as nice a command on the 4500 and 6500, unfortunately.
