WPA2 slowness

I am using Cisco AP1121G access points with Cisco PI21AG cards(and ACU) running WPA2 with LEAP authentication against an ACS server. The problem is that the clients experience a constant slowdown. When a client is started, it will run fine for a couple of hours, but then slows down to the point where it needs to be rebooted. This was not a problem running 128bit WEP encryption. Also, it seems like it is not a problem using our Dell laptops with Dell wireless cards and the Dell wireless utility.

What type of client card is experiencing slowdowns?

The cards experiencing the slowdowns are the Cisco PI21AG using the Cisco Aironet Client Utility v3.5.

We have been experiencing problems with that model card since our first lwapp deployment in summer of 2006. There were some bugs related to the card using 802.1x and roaming problems it has while attempt to do background reauthentications. We still to this day have not received a solution. We did notice the cards worked great with no issues using WPA-PSK or any other kind of authentication method other than LEAP.
